These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of forzapayments.com (the “Website”) and the communications, including text messages, you receive from Forza Payments (“Forza Payments”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our messaging services.
Our Services
Forza Payments provides ATM sales, rental, placement, installation, maintenance, and related support services to businesses. Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes. Pricing, program details, and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed in a written agreement with Forza Payments. Any ATM purchase, rental, placement, or service arrangement is governed by the separate written agreement signed by you and Forza Payments; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Forza Payments Customer Care
Program description: When you opt in, Forza Payments may send you customer care and account-related text messages, including responses to your inquiries, account setup updates, ATM installation and service scheduling, service notifications, maintenance reminders, and important updates about your ATM(s).
How to opt in: You may opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our website contact form and checking the unchecked box agreeing to receive text messages from Forza Payments, or by providing express consent in our ATM services agreement or onboarding paperwork. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service needs.
Costs: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to us. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through one of the methods above.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities: You agree to provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and to notify us if you change or give up that number.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting forms. You may not attempt to interfere with the Website’s operation, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Website to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
