Merchants provide their mobile number and consent to receive SMS messages when they sign our ATM services agreement or onboarding paperwork. The agreement clearly states that Forza Payments will send text messages related to account setup, service notifications, maintenance reminders, and important updates about their ATM(s). Only customers who have signed this agreement and supplied their mobile number are enrolled in SMS communications.

Where applicable, we may also collect consent through secure online forms in which merchants enter their mobile number and expressly agree to receive SMS messages from Forza Payments.

Customers may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may continue to receive non-SMS communications (such as email) related to your account and services, where permitted by law and in accordance with your other preferences.

Protecting Your Information

We take the security of your information seriously. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We do not encrypt publicly available data at rest; however, we do encrypt all data in motion (network traffic). This provides a degree of protection; however, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
